 Hello and welcome to Chef Matt's  BBQ Sauces. We are  growing and we've got a new look for you .  Most everyone that stops by this site has met me through cheffing at one place or another. For those or you that do not know I was the Executive Sous Chef for Loews Ventana Canyon Resort for 15 years among other places.  I also spent some time with NASCAR as a gypsy chef and traveled the country for selected races including Daytona,Phoenix, California Speedway and  Brooklyn Michigan. Brooklyn is a lot like Wolfeboro New Hampshire. I call Wolfeboro, New Hampshire my home on the shores of Lake Winnepesaukee and hope to get back there this year but we will see how it goes. Now in more recent times people know me as Chef Matt the "handyman". Now approaching the half century mark in age I no longer want to spend 70 hours per week in a hotel kitchen.   The BBQ Sauce business has been good over the years but Terry and I would like to grow our company faster so he can go deep sea fishing down in Mexico. I would like to go too but I have to create a new Hot Sauce before I can go. Well  enough of this Blah Blah.
