 Hello and welcome to Chef Matt's  BBQ and Hot Sauces.
  Most everyone that stops by this site has met me through cheffing at one place or another.  For those or you that do not know I was the Executive Souse Chef for Loews Ventana Canyon Resort for 15 years in Tucson Arizona, among other places.  I also spent some time with NASCAR as a gypsy chef and traveled the country for selected races including Daytona International Speedway, Phoenix International Raceway, California Speedway and the high banks of Michigan International Speedway in Brooklyn Michigan. Brooklyn is a lot like Wolfeboro, New Hampshire . That is where I call home on the shores of Lake Winnepesaukee. I started my culinary career when I was 15 years old at a local favorite called the Wolfeboro Inn as a dishwasher. As so many other chefs have started out I got a chance to cook when someone did not show up for his shift. I worked the salad station, fryer station and worked my way up to broiler. The rest is history as they say and I have been cooking ever since. There is a lot more to the story as it spans a 35 year history but I won't bore you with that now.
